Monday Update: Volunteers, Donations, Drivers, Rides

Thank you everyone for all of your weekend efforts! We were able to send out many supplies to much needed areas thanks to our volunteers and drivers. Please continue to help us though the week as there are many people still in need. As of Monday Morning here are the needs for our area:
VOLUNTEERS: Can go to the Matrix Fitness Club at 43-60 Ditmars Blvd. Astoria, NY 11105 We need help starting at 9AM to load trucks going to places in need.
DONATIONS: Donations of supplies only are needed on a constant basis starting at 9AM - 5PM at 23-74 38th St Astoria. Please see a list of needed supplies below.

DRIVERS: Please come to 23-74 38th Street and you will be given info and locations for drop off. You should also text Leni@ 646-296-0070 with questions.
RIDE SHARES: Please see the spreadsheet located on this site and try to self organize. You may use either of our Drop Off sites as locations to meet up. (Note: the previous rideshare document is still live and some people are still using it; you can check it out at http://bit.ly/AstoriaRideshare)

MONDAY SUPPLY LIST:
MOST ESSENTIAL ITEMS* Thermals, ponchos, Work gloves, batteries, flashlights, face masks, thick black contractor bags.
MOST ESSENTIAL MEDICINE ITEMS Baby cough medicine, BAND-AIDS, Neosporin, Ace bandages, Advil, Tylenol.
CLEANING SUPPLIES Mops, brooms, shovels, bleach, clorox, buckets.
ALSO NEEDED Food, diapers, wipes, toiletries, paper towels, blankets etc.
